At HerbyShine, we aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all your orders. Please review the details of our shipping policy below:


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time of order confirmation.
  • A copy of your invoice will be included in the shipment and also sent to your registered email address.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking (docket) number via email.
  • You can track the shipment through the link in the email or directly on the courier partner’s website using the docket number.
  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days post-dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or pandemic-related restrictions, delivery times may vary.


3. Delivery Address & Acknowledgment

  • Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is available to receive and acknowledge the delivery.
  • A signature or confirmation may be required upon delivery.

4. Damaged Products on Arrival

  • If your product arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at [support@herbyshine.com] with your order ID and clear photos of the damaged product.
  • We will issue a free replacement after verifying the details.

5. Trial Pack Orders

  • For our trial pack (set of 4), only one set per order will be shipped.
  • Multiple trial pack orders from the same customer may not be honored.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be mentioned during the checkout process.
  • Shipping may be free for orders above a certain value (if specified in a promotional offer).

7. Delays or Non-Delivery

  • While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays caused by third-party logistics are beyond our control.
  • If you do not receive your order within the expected time, please contact our support team for assistance.
