1. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [support@herbyshine.com]. Kindly include clear photos of the damaged item(s) to help us understand and improve our packaging processes.
We will be happy to send a replacement for the damaged product at no additional cost.
2. Wrong Product Received
If you have received an incorrect product, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. Email us at [support@herbyshine.com] with your order ID and a photo of the received item. We will dispatch the correct product promptly.
3. Returns for Other Reasons
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds unless the product is:
- Received in a damaged condition
- Incorrectly delivered (wrong item)
